  No, you are not obliged to take out a maintenance contract when purchasing or hiring our photocopiers.

• What are your response times in the event of a breakdown?

  At Service4print, we are committed to responding very quickly in the event of a breakdown with your photocopier. We offer a response time of 4 hours for issues that can be resolved remotely and 8 hours (next working day) for on-site visits, wherever you are in France.

  Our priority is to minimise downtime to ensure the continuity of your business.
